How it works
From the guest list to the book

- Who followsFrom the booking form, or a card from the guide.

Guests, consent and data
- Every guest can say "no photos of me"; the guide sees it when publishing.
- Family readers' addresses are used only for the trip. They can tick "news from your company" themselves; we never hand over a list.
- Only invited readers see a departure.
- A data-processing agreement (DPA) for every partner.
- Data stored in Helsinki, Finland; subprocessors listed.
- Deleted or exported after the season, unless a guest keeps their own copy.
Launch partners 2027
- 2–3 partners, up to 6 departures, April to October.
- No platform fee for launch partners. Books at a wholesale price: sell them at your price or include them in the tour.
- Your logo, colours and sender name; German, French, English.
- From 2028 a flat price per departure, announced before the season ends. No auto-renewal.
